NFCF Website Launches

NFCF Official Website Launches

One ethical banner. One national producer network.

The National Federation of Cannabis Farmers (NFCF) website is now live, marking a major milestone in building a clear national presence for Canada’s cannabis farming commodity board. The launch reflects months of coordinated work to finalize the NFCF website, governance documents, policies, and community guidelines, all designed to support farmer-led regional federations with consistent standards and shared national services.

The new website centralizes the services and benefits that regional Federation of Cannabis Farmers (FCF) members can access. It simplifies operations for farmer-led regional organizations by shifting national administration to the national level. The national board completes the heavy lifting, while regional federations and farm members receive structured services, consistent onboarding, and a unified experience across provinces.

The website also serves as a hub for current and future news updates from regional federations and NFCF-approved cannabis industry associations. It provides a single organized space for education, research, and resources that support licensed producers and industry professionals.

What the website offers producers and regional federations

  1. Streamlined national onboarding
Every producer across Canada will register to NFCF through one standardized membership pathway. NFCF oversight of membership applications and onboarding reduces operational burden for farmer-led regional federations and improves consistency across regions.
  2. Centralized Member Services access
Member Services, benefits, and updates are organized in one place, supporting clear navigation, less duplication, and better service delivery across provinces.
  3. A unified home for industry news
The website is designed to publish updates from regional federations and NFCF-approved organizations, creating one reliable source of news and progress tracking across the national network.
  4. A structured resource library
Research, education, policies, and farmer-ready resources can be hosted in an organized format that supports the industry and reinforces evidence-led decision-making.

How the national website supports regional growth

Regional FCF federations will be able to access a dedicated website for regional operations, with management provided by NFCF. This support is designed to reduce cost barriers for farmer-led provincial federations and speed up formation, alignment, and growth. The national organization manages systems, tools, and shared services so regional leadership can focus on community building, producer priorities, and provincial representation.

Website development was led by Andrew Nunez-Alvarez and a supporting team of software engineers as a direct contribution to the national organization and its membership. This work strengthens operational foundations for national coordination and builds a consistent, professional presence that can support long-term commodity board goals.

Why this matters now

  • One ethical banner for cannabis farm representation
  • One centralized hub for industry news
  • One resource for industry education
  • One national system that supports regional federations and approved associations

Conclusion

After months of work, the NFCF team feels proud and excited to see the official website go live. Thank you to our team of software engineers and web developers who contributed their time and expertise to build a well-structured, professional platform. This launch displays disciplined governance work, clear goals, a strong brand foundation, and professional digital presence. This website marks a national milestone for the cannabis commodity board. Congratulations NFCF!
