NFCF follows the same commodity board logic, applied to digital B2B sales in Canadian cannabis farming.

The platform streamlines product listings through a modern app and a standardized database system. Listing data points stay uniform to deliver fair, consistent product listings to interested buyers nationwide. Product listing details were planned and agreed upon by the membership and the organization. The program aims to simplify B2B sales for our members and the industry.

Buyer Report Card Leaderboard

The Verified Buyers Program tracks buyer performance through a Report Card system driven by producer feedback surveys. More consistent and reputable buyer behaviour results in a higher score. Inconsistent buyer behaviour lowers the score.

Scores display in a leaderboard inside the app, supporting industry visibility into reputability and consistency.

Report Card Scale and Escalation

• 0% to 100% authorized buyer rating
• 50% or lower: NFCF executive team meets with the buyer to address producer concerns and review challenges within the program
• Below 25%: Board of Directors reviews producer feedback and decides the status of buyer membership in the Verified Buyers Program
